Detailed description of HDPE hot melt butt fittings:

HDPE hot melt butt fittings include equal diameter straight, reducing diameter straight, flange, tee, elbow, joint, etc.

During the hot-melt butt welding process of HDPE hot-melt butt fittings, the ends of the pipe and fittings to be connected are first cleaned, and then heated by the heating plate of the hot-melt butt welding equipment. When a certain temperature (usually between 210-230℃) is reached, the surface of the material begins to melt, forming a uniform molten layer. Then, the heating plate is quickly removed, the fittings are tightly butted against the molten ends of the pipe, and a certain pressure is applied to fuse the molten materials. Under the action of pressure, the molecular chains in the molten layer diffuse and entangle with each other, and a strong connection joint is formed after cooling. This connection method makes the connection strength between the fittings and the pipe higher than the strength of the pipe itself, thereby ensuring the reliability and stability of the entire pipeline system.
